I’m the chef behind this cozy corner of the internet, where I share my love for cooking, simple ingredients, and rustic traditions that feel like home.
But more than anything, I share recipes that come from real life — from my story, my family, and my experience living with type 1 diabetes since I was three years old.

I learned to cook from the best: my mom. She ran our family restaurant with heart and soul, and our kitchen was always filled with the scent of herbs, bubbling pots, flour-dusted counters, and stories passed down while stirring sauce. As a little girl, I’d climb onto a stool just to be close — watching, tasting, helping, learning.

Cooking became more than a habit. It became my comfort, my expression, my way of connecting — especially when food also had to become something I understood deeply to take care of myself.

Today, I still work in our family restaurant — and Crave Cottage is where I bring that same love home.
Here, I share recipes that are gentle on blood sugar and big on flavor. Dishes that are naturally sweet, low in refined carbs, and full of warmth — made for anyone living with diabetes, or simply craving food that’s balanced and beautiful.

Every recipe is written step by step, with care and clarity — just like my mom taught me.

  • I never start the day without a strong moka coffee.
  • I love picking fresh herbs from my little garden.
  • When I’m not cooking, I’m flipping through vintage cookbooks or rearranging my spice shelf (again).
  • My dream is to write a cookbook that smells like freshly baked bread.
  • And yes, some nights, dinner is just a slice of pie—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
